A really lovely set, and Bachmann at there best in the early 2000s. Both models are in great condition, and both run well. It is a complete set, all detail packs and etched head boards are still in there unopened packets.
Model database suggests that these models are DC only. But I can confirm there are DCC Ready with 8 pin decoders.

British Railways [LNER] Peppercorn A1 No.60143 “Sir Walter Scott” in British Railways Lined Passenger Green. Shed Code 52A Gateshead Depot.
British Railways / English Electric Type 4 (Class 40) No.D396 in British Railways Green with small yellow warning panels and Central Headcode Box.
Both models come with detail kits and NEM couplings.
Special edition certificate and etched Tees-Tyne headboards.
All original paperwork.
Wooden display box.
The A1 was one of the Darlington built examples and comes with a Darlington Flush Rivet tender. Both locos were allocated to Gateshead.

Refunds can take 10 working days to appear in your account from the date of issue. Locomattive Models is responsible for lost or damage in the post. Where possible repairs will be offered. All parcels are insured while in transit. If after 30 days your model develops a fault, please do feel free to get in contact, as we may still be able to assist. Unless requested otherwise all parcel are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force (If a Large Item). Please do get in contact if your model is a taking a long time to arrive. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost unless it undelivered after 10 working days of them taking possession of it. Locomattive model will not refund for lost items until this 10 working day period has passed.
