Dapol 2S-012-016 (N Gauge) Ex LBSCR A1X ‘Terrier’ No.72 [Fenchurch] in Newhaven Harbour Company Lined Black 

As new model. Runs well. Nicely painted and detailed. Does comes with an unopened detail pack and a set of knuckle couplings.

The model depicts Ex LBSCR Terrier No.72 “Fenchurch” in her unnamed 1898 to 1926 Newhavern Harbour Company livery. The loco was the first terrier to enter service in 1872 for London Brighton & South Coast Railway and was designed for suburban trains in London. She was withdrawn in 1898 and sold the Newhaven Harbour Company as a dock shunter. The would remain under there ownership until 1926 when the NHC was purchased by the Southern Railway. She would enter SR stock as number B363. While generally remaining at Newhaven, Fenchurch would would see use on some other working in and around Brighton. In 1959 she was moved to work on the last bastion of Terriers on the Hayling Island Branch. The loco was withdrawn in 1964 after 92 years in service! and purchased for the Bluebell Railway where she remains and currently runs in her A1 appearance.

Royal Mail do not consider an item lost unless it undelivered after 10 working days of them taking possession of it. Locomattive model will not refund for lost items until this 10 working day period has passed.
