The model missing a coupling from end, and tiny bit of corrosion on one of wheels makes the loco sound like it has a flat spot. Both issue can be fixed. The model runs very nicely!

However, if an item is defective and evidence can be supplied of an issue, refunds can be granted without returning the model. Refunds can take 10 working days to appear in your account from the date of issue. Locomattive Models is responsible for lost or damage in the post. Where possible repairs will be offered. All parcels are insured while in transit. If after 14 days your model develops a fault, please do feel free to get in contact, as we may still be able to assist.
