A nice pre made card kit, that is fitted with very basic (And very American) sound. Perfect for a child’s layout, or if you want a cheep large station. Speaker and battery pack are under the roof.
Some quick repairs might be required just to get the building back into top notch shape, but this will only need a bit of PVA Glue.
