Professionally built N Gauge layout. Built using Katos poplar Unitrack. The main 3 track layout is approx, 5ft long by 3ft wide, and is wired for DCC with 8 motorised points from a switch panel and 4 seperate siddings. This part of the layout also has a three platform station which is included. Also attached to the RHS of the rail layout we have a seperate fiddle yard some 44ins long by 12 inches wide.
This also has 7 sidings with 6 motorised points with its own seperate switch panel. There is no landscaping done which will therefore allow the buyer to put his or hers personal touchs onto the layout. The layout comes mounted on 2 seperate bases for ease of transportation with Kato track fitted to a polystyrene base.

No controller or rolling stock are included in the sale. The layout is for collection from Wroxham, Norfolk, England, NR12 8UH. However it can be delivered nationally by Locomattive Models Ltd at the agreed prices with the buyer.
