All parcels are insured while in transit. If after 30 days your model develops a fault, please do feel free to get in contact, as we may still be able to assist. Unless requested otherwise all parcel are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force (If a Large Item). Please do get in contact if your model is a taking a long time to arrive. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost unless it undelivered after 10 working days of them taking possession of it. Locomattive model will not refund for lost items until this 10 working day period has passed.
