Returns Policy: Locomattive Models LMT operates a 14 day returns policy from day of arrival with you. Returns are paid at the owners cost. However, if an item is defective and evidence can be supplied of an issue, refunds can be granted without returning the model. Refunds can take 10 working days to appear in your account from the date of issue. Locomattive Models is responsible for lost or damage in the post. Where possible repairs will be offered.
